C & F Enterprises: Products with item numbers beginning with CF. In Stock item usually ships within 8-10 business days, excluding backorders. Items ship as available with no additional shipping charges. Drop ship is not available. 
Victorian Heart: Products with item numbers beginning with VH. In Stock item usually ships within 3-5 business days, excluding backorders. Items ship as available with no additional shipping charges. Drop ship is available for $10.00.
Patch Magic: Products with item numbers beginning with PM. In Stock item usually ships within 72 hours. Non Stock items are made to order and can take 3-8 weeks. Orders are shipped complete unless you specify ship as available. Ship as available orders may incur addidtional shipping charges. Drop ship is standard at no additional charge.
Dolce Mela: Products with items numbers beginning with DM. In Stock item usually ships within 24 hours. Drop ship is standard at no additional charge. Orders ship as available with no additional shipping charges unless you specify otherwise.

U.S. Delivery Options.
  • Home Delivery is usually your most convenient option, however we are happy to ship to you at your workplace. Home delivery is slightly more expensive than workplace delivery
  • Workplace Delivery is usually less expensive than home delivery. If appropriate for you, we suggest having delivery to your place of business. The address must be a designated commercial, not residential address. Please do not request business delivery to residential addresses. Delivery services charge a penalty for misrepresenting an address as commercial. This penalty will be passed on to you. 
  • Signature Options. In most cases a signature is not required. We do NOT request a signature unless you do. Packages with no signature request will be left at your door unless the driver deems it unsafe. In most cases like this, a door tag will be left for you and you can call the shipper to make delivery arrangements. If you would like the package signed for, you need to request the appropriate option.
  • Insurance Options. We recommend insurance on all shipments. If your order is lost, damaged or stolen insurance will protect your shipment for full value. You may choose basic insurance at no charge by selecting the appropriate box on your order form. If your order is lost or stolen, your shipment is insured for a maximum of $100.00 if shipped via FedEx. Postal shipments do not include any free insurance. 
  • Drop Shipping. Some manufacturers will ship directly from their warehouse to you, without sending the merchandise to our store first. There is a fee of $10.00 charged by the manufacturer to do this. If you would like to have us drop ship merchandise to you, select the drop ship option when you check out. If the selected manufacturer does not drop ship, we will remove the drop ship fee when we settle your bill. C&F Enterprises and Donna Sharp do not offer Drop Ship.  Drop shipping may save a few days delivery time, but only when the item is in stock. We cannot guarantee faster delivery on all drop ship orders.
​Shipments are normally made via Federal Express Ground, however we reserve the right to ship by any means we deem in the best interest of your order. You may request your preferred delivery method by calling us at 573-435-6060. Additional fess may apply.

Free Shipping Offers. At times we offer free shipping, have shipping specials or will agree to match another website's shipping charge. If you purchase an item with a free or matched shipping offer and return it, credit will be issued less the total cost of shipping to you. See return policy for most recent details.
