You may return a purchase for any reason if not satisfied subject to the following conditions:
• Returns must be received by us within 15 calendar days of the delivery date as verified with the delivery service to avoid a 25% restocking fee. You will pay the return postage.
• Returns must be authorized. (See Request a Return) Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and a copy of the authorization included inside the package.
• Damaged or Defective goods will be picked up at OUR expense. Mark your request for return as defective. Then, please call us for return instructions. Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods. If a defect is not reported, we must assume damage occurred while the product was in your possession.
Non-Returnable items:
• Items returned later than 15 days from delivery date.
• Sale items are final.
• Returned without an authorization: Return may be refused. You will need to fill in an authorization and submit the item again.
• Judi Bosisson products, Belisari/Lisa Galimberti Products, Universal Dust Ruffles, and items marked custom made, made to order or special order are not returnable.
Non-returnable items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
Returns subject to restocking fee or other charges:
• Improperly repackaged items incur a $10.00 repacking fee.
• Returned within 15 days but is not saleable, has been used, damaged, treated, washed, smells of smoke, or is not in the original manufacturers packaging, no refund will be issued. No credit will be given. The items can be returned to you at your expense, if you notify us immediately.
• Items sent with free shipping or discounted shipping, if returned, will be credited, less the actual shipping cost incurred. Actual shipping may be higher than what has been charged to you at shipment, because in many cases we do not pass on the total cost to our customers.
• Unauthorized returns (if accepted) will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Orders In Transit:
• If you intend to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, our regular return policies will apply. Non-returnable items (ie: special orders) cannot be cancelled in transit.
Return Authorization Procedure
• Fill out the return form, located in the lower left hand corner of the website. When you submit, you will receive a confirmation #.
• Print out the confirmation.
• Write the authorization number clearly on the outside of the box in large letters.
• If the value of your shipment is more than $100 or if you choose to use a method other than UPS or FedEx, we recommend you insure your package. If the package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with the shipper you chose.
• This return policy is subject to change without prior notification.
